Support Us

There are so many ways you can support our ministries and we hope you will join us in doing so.

The most important way you can support us is by including us and the poor and homeless citizens we serve in your prayers. Pray that our ministries are successful and also pray for our clients, that they find eternal happiness and healing in addition to the alleviation of their difficult earthly situations.

We also have a wishlist of items we seek year round:

For the homeless we serve (in conjunction with St. Pauls Church in Camden, NJ and through our own programming):
-blankets, comforters & sleeping bags (especially “mummy bags”)
-backpacks, duffle bags & tote bags
-socks: clean, dry socks are like gold on a cold, wet day
-gloves (note: larger children’s sizes fit our smaller clients)
-winter hats
-thermal underwear

For our soup kitchen effort (St. Paul’s Soup & Song in Camden, NJ):
-complete pancake mix & syrup for the weekly breakfasts
-coffee & fixings (i.e., creamer, sugar packets, sugar substitutes)
-lemon ice tea mix (the guys love this stuff!)
-spices (salt, pepper, other spices for enhancing our dishes)
-dish soap, both regular and dishwasher
-plastic gloves

For our food bank effort (in conjunction with God’s Daily Bread Food Pantry):

-any non-perishable food, especially meats like tuna
-zip-lock bags in all sizes, but especially quart-size and larger
-large trash bags
-cleaning supplies (e.g., Pine-Sol, Lysol, etc)
-folding plastic tables
SPECIAL REQUEST WE ARE SEEKING FOR THE FOOD BANK
–a cargo van. The pantry is in need of a van that can handle one to three pallets of food at a time so they do not have to drive back an forth many times to pick up food (sometimes traveling an hour each way multiple times per day to pick up one delivery)

For those we serve who are deployed in harms way (in conjunction with Military Support Services):
-chap-stick, lotion, baby wipes, hand sanitizer (for field bathing)
-cards, small games, crossword, Sudoku and other puzzle books
-white cotton boot style crew socks
-individual drink mixes you add to bottled water (Crystal Light, tea, etc)
-pens, pencils, small writing tablets, envelopes
-treats: nuts, jerky, candy, power bars, small packs of cookies, etc
-foil packages of tuna, salmon, chicken & Spam
-Cards to help lift their spirits (Christmas or other cards, any encouraging positive uplifting and/or thankful message you wish to include, but do not include your address or last name and leave them unsealed so they can pass inspection)

For bringing the Word to our local Spanish speaking population (in conjunction with Helping The Fallen Through the Help of God):
-Spanish language religious literature (bibles, books, tracts, etc)

For all our efforts:
-toilet paper, paper towels
-metal shelves/baker’s racks (plastic ones fail under our heavy use)
-gift cards- They are all useful: we once used a donated Shoprite card to buy toilet paper & a Joseph A Bank card to buy men’s socks.
-monetary donations in any amount are always welcome, of course

As a 501c3 charity, we are happy to provide a donation receipt if desired.
